Pricing:

• Hourly Rate: $200.00 per hour
• Daily Rate: $1,600.00 for an 8-hour day
• Daily Retainer (20% deposit): $320.00 per day, required to secure your Trial Technician.

At Trials & Tech, our expert Trial Technicians, also known as Hot Seat Operators, ensure that your evidence, exhibits, and video depositions are presented seamlessly and professionally during your trial. From setup to breakdown, our trial techs handle all courtroom technology, allowing your legal team to stay focused on winning the case.

Our service includes all the necessary equipment—monitors, cables, portable printers, and jury laptops—with setup and breakdown included at no additional cost. For trials in Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, or Orange County, we also waive all travel and parking fees, offering complete transparency and convenience.

The $320.00 per day represents the daily retainer amount needed to book your trial tech (20% of the total cost). Unlike other companies, we bill at the end of each week, AND WE ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR THE ACTUAL HOURS WORKED—ensuring you never overpay for time not used.
